The Norwell Police Department hires Full Time Police Officers from an eligibility list established by Human Resources Division. A statewide open competitive examination is offered every two years (last examination date was 08 May 1999). Results of this examination determine hiring eligibility. In order to take this test, you need to be at least 19 years of age.
